At Santa’s Secret Forest, we believe every child deserves to experience the magic of Christmas in a way that feels safe, welcoming, and comfortable.

That’s why we’re proud to offer SEN Accessible Sessions, designed especially for families with children who may benefit from a calmer, more controlled environment. These specially adapted sessions take place on Sunday mornings from 08:30am and 10:30am.

What to Expect

• Reduced Lighting Effects ‐ Lower intensity of flashing, moving, and strobing lights.
• Softer Soundscapes ‐ Background music and sound effects played at a lower volume.
• Calmer Atmosphere ‐ Fewer guests to create a quieter, more spacious experience.
• Trained Elf Squad ‐ Gentle, patient support from our team of elves to help every guest feel at ease.

How to Book

SEN Accessible Sessions will be available on Sunday mornings between 08:30am and 10:30am. Tickets can be booked online as usual ‐ just select a SEN Accessible Session from the ticket calendar.
