These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all ticket purchases and visits to Santa’s Secret Forest, operated by Side Step Events Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing tickets, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Santa’s Secret Forest
Santa’s Secret Forest is located at Orrell Woods, Liverpool, UK, operating from 21st November to 24th December. The full experience includes a light trail, indoor immersive journey, and festive market.
2. Booking & Ticket Agreement
Tickets are confirmed upon receiving your confirmation email. Tickets are non‐transferable and not for resale. Children must be accompanied by an adult (18+).

4. Admission & Entry
Tickets are required. Late arrivals may miss parts of the event. We reserve the right to refuse entry for late arrival or disruptive behaviour.
5. Experience Participation
Reproduction of the experience for commercial use is prohibited. Gifts are for children on Child tickets only.
6. Event Rules
- No smoking or vaping.
- No dangerous items.
- Bottled water only. Contact us for allergy accommodations.
- Assistance dogs only.
- Dress for woodland conditions.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
7. Accessibility
The Christmas Hub is accessible. Please keep in mind that the woods may be wet. We do not provide wheelchair hire.
8. Photography & Media
Non-commercial photography is allowed. We may capture event photos for promotional use. Contact [email protected] if you do not wish to appear.
9. Ticket Changes, Refunds & Rescheduling
Tickets are non-refundable and non transferable.
10. Event Changes or Cancellations
We may cancel or reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control. You may request a refund or transfer in such cases.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for events outside our control such as severe weather or government restrictions.
12. Liability
Our liability is limited to the ticket price paid. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

14. General Terms
These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of England and Wales.
