Santa’s Secret Forest is now casting performers for our 2026 Christmas season. We are looking for warm, energetic and engaging performers to help bring our immersive festive world to life for thousands of families across the Christmas period.
As one of Santa’s magical Elves, you’ll be part of a high-energy, story-led cast delivering unforgettable festive fun. From welcoming families and running the Toy Workshop to guiding guests through magical moments, you’ll help create a truly immersive Christmas experience.
This role is ideal for actors, improvisers, children’s entertainers and performers who love character work, storytelling and audience interaction.

Our Santa performers must deliver warmth, authenticity and emotional connection, creating magical one-to-one moments with children and families while maintaining the belief and wonder of the role at all times.
Ideal candidates will have strong improvisation skills, excellent presence and experience in immersive theatre, performance or family entertainment.
